CLINICAL PRACTICE AREA TRAINING. Nurses training in a new specialty area may be eligible for additional educational benefits based on the needs of the position and the nurse’s clinical background and identified educational needs which are determined by and approved by the Nurse Manager and the Chief Nurse Officer. An individualized education plan will be developed with input from nurse, assigned preceptor and the Department Director.
