Common use of Clinical Development Plan Clause in Contracts

Clinical Development Plan. Licensee shall undertake the Development of Licensed Products in a collaborative and efficient manner in accordance with this Article 5. The Development of any Licensed Product relating to the Licensed Territory under this Agreement shall be governed by a written development plan (the “Clinical Development Plan”), as revised from time to time in accordance with this Section 5.2.
