Client Liaison. CMS shall appoint a member of its staff to function as the Client Liaison between CMS and Client and between Client and Processor. The Client Liaison shall coordinate with appropriate Client and Processor personnel and shall schedule CMS resources to ensure that the Operations Services and Additional Operations Services are performed efficiently hereunder. CMS shall make the Client Liaison available to Client as Client reasonably requests for such purpose, but Client acknowledges and agrees that the Client Liaison shall not be required to dedicate all of his or her time to such tasks.
Client Liaison. Client shall designate a contact person who shall act as a liaison between Client and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ . Client certifies to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ that he/she is not a minor. A minor's parent or legal guardian may authorize a minor to use his/her account(s) under supervision. Client agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with accurate, complete and updated information required by the registration/initiation of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ service (Client Registration Data), including Client's legal name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment data ( e.g., credit card number and expiration date ). Client agrees to notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within thirty (30) days of any changes in Client Registration Data. Failure to comply fully with this provision may result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ is authorized by Client to add Client’s email addresses to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ internal mailing lists, both service and marketing related, and desires to receive such contact from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ , unless notifying ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ otherwise, or by unsubscribing to such.
Client Liaison. Food and More shall propose an annual schedule of meetings with a minimum of one per term. A member of the Area Management team shall meet with the school's nominated officer each half term. The Catering Supervisor shall meet with the school’s nominated officer on a weekly/fortnightly basis. The formal meetings should include, but not be limited to, discussions around: a. Financial review of the service b. Service Development
Client Liaison. Client shall designate an employee to act as a liaison between the Client and MHN under this Agreement and to be responsible for coordinating all of Client's requests for services under this Agreement.

Client Liaison. The Contractor shall: Appoint a Contract Manager to be responsible for the delivery of the Bailiff Services Contract. Ensure that the Contract Manager is contactable by the Authorised Officer during office hours, or in their absence, that a nominated deputy may be contacted. Provide the name and contact details of such personnel prior to the contract commencement date to the Authorised Officer of the Council. Meet at agreed intervals (minimum of four per year or more frequently if requested by the Authorised Officer) with the Council to review performance and any other issues arising under the performance of this contract and to discuss and agree the approach to be taken concerning any key issues likely to arise in the future. Consult with the Authorised Officer in respect of any changes to service delivery that shall impact on the provision of customer services by the Council. Such changes shall include but not be limited to procedural, working practice and organisational structure changes.

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services. 3.2.2. Customer shall appoint a contact person with the authority to make decisions and to supply SAP with any necessary or relevant information expeditiously.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a Reconex Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by Reconex, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers, Reconex shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 Reconex shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event Reconex exercises such option, Reconex will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Reconex to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers, Reconex shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.4 Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from Reconex Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, Reconex shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event Reconex exercises such option, Reconex will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Reconex to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.
