Regulation. The Sub-Advisor shall submit to all regulatory and administrative bodies having jurisdiction over the services provided pursuant to this Agreement any information, reports or other material which any such body may request or require pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
Regulation. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the 1933 Act, 1934 Act and 1940 Act and the Regulations and the rules and regulations of the NASD, from time to time in effect, including such exemptions from the 1940 Act as the SEC may grant, and the terms hereof shall be interpreted and construed in accordance therewith.
Regulation. 9.1 This Agreement shall be subject to all applicable and lawful governmental statutes, orders, rules and regulations and is contingent upon the receipt and continuation of all necessary regulatory approvals or authorizations upon terms acceptable to Transporter. This Agreement shall be void and of no force and effect if any necessary regulatory approval is not so obtained or continued. All Parties hereto shall cooperate to obtain or continue all necessary approvals or authorizations, but no Party shall be liable to any other Party for failure to obtain or continue such approvals or authorizations.

Regulation. Subject to Applicable Regulations This Agreement and all Transactions are subject to Applicable Regulations so that:
Regulation. This agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the 1940 Act and the 1934 Act and the rules, regulations and rulings thereunder, and of the applicable rules and regulations of the NASD, and applicable state insurance and securities laws, and other applicable laws, as may be in effect from time to time, and the terms hereof shall be interpreted and construed in accordance therewith.
Regulation. 13.1 The parties hereto shall only amend this Agreement through the mechanism of the Radio Forum as provided for below. This provision does not limit the right of the BBC and the Writer to agree to amend the Deal Memo entered into between them.
Regulation. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law or order, the Subadviser agrees that it will immediately forward, upon receipt, to the Investment Adviser, for itself and as agent for the Portfolio, any correspondence from the Securities and Exchange Commission or other regulatory authority that relates to the Portfolio including routine regulatory examinations or inspections. Similarly, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law or order, the Investment Adviser agrees that it will immediately forward, upon receipt, to the Subadviser nay correspondence from the Securities and Exchange Commission or other regulatory authority that relates to the Portfolio, including routine regulatory examinations or inspections. Subject to Section 18 hereof, the Subadviser shall submit to all regulatory and administrative bodies having jurisdiction over the services provided pursuant to this Agreement any information, reports or other material which any such body by reason of this Agreement may reasonably request or require pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, and shall cooperate with the Trust and the Investment Adviser in responding to requests or investigations of such regulatory or administrative bodies or any internal investigation conducted by the Trust or the Investment Adviser.
Regulation. The Sub-adviser shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in providing the services contemplated hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sub-adviser shall provide all information reasonably requested of it by the Board of Trustees of the Trusts in accordance with its duty to do so under Section 15(c) of the Investment Company Act and the Sub-adviser shall submit to all regulatory and administrative bodies having jurisdiction over the services provided pursuant to this Agreement any information, reports or other material which any such body, by reason of this Agreement, may request or require pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
