Classification Review Process. An Employee may, by written request, submit a classification or job review to the Human Resources Office, if, the Employee considers the job duties and/or responsibilities of their position have been materially changed since the last review. The review will be based on the position as it was on the date of the request for review. The Employee will be advised in writing of the results of the review within ninety (90) days of the date of the request. An Employee may only request a subsequent review when substantive changes have occurred in the position since the last review.
