Common use of Class of Service Clause in Contracts

Class of Service. Each MPLS Network Solutions service will be subject to Seller’s Class of Service (“CoS”) parameters to prioritize traffic in the event of congestion over a given port. The CoS designation will be based on DSCP bits in the IP header of each packet.
