Common use of City Power Users Clause in Contracts

City Power Users. ‌ • Participate in Project activities as required by the project team and project manager(s). • Provide subject matter expertise on City business processes and requirements. • Act as subject matter experts and attend current/future state and validation sessions as needed. • Attend all scheduled training sessions. • Participate in all required post-training processes as needed throughout Project. • Participate in Conversion Validation. • Test all Application configuration to ensure it satisfies business process requirements. • Become Application experts. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing. • Adopt and support changed procedures. • Complete all Deliverables by the due dates defined in the Project Plan. • Demonstrate competency with Tyler products processing prior to Production Cutover. • Provide knowledge transfer to City staff during and after implementation.
