CHOOSE INVESTMENT OPTIONS. You may select one or more of 11 Investment Options, categorized as follows: • Portfolio Options (3 options) Portfolio options offer age based and non-aged based portfolios with pre-structured Fund allocations. Investment allocations in the Age Based/Years to Enrollment Portfolio are automatically adjusted over time to become more conservative as the Beneficiary approaches college age. Investment allocations in the Balanced Portfolio and Blended Equity Portfolio remain static and do not change over time. • Fund Options (8 options) These are individual money market, bond and stock Funds that offer a range of additional choices for your investment portfolio. See Investment Options, p. 7 for details about each Investment Option, including objectives, strategies, risks and performance.

  • Investment Options You may direct the investment of your funds within this IRA into any investment instrument offered by or through the Custodian.   • GRANT FUNDS The Provider will not commingle grant funds (payments and reimbursements made under this Agreement) with other personal or business accounts. The U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ Grants Financial Guide does not require physical segregation of cash deposits or the establishment of any eligibility requirements for funds which are provided to a Provider. The Provider’s accounting systems must ensure grant funds are not commingled with funds on either a program-by-program or a project-by-project basis. Grant funds specifically budgeted and received for one project may not be used to support another. Where the Provider's existing accounting system cannot comply with this requirement, the Provider will establish an additional accounting system to provide adequate grant fund accountability for each project. In accordance with the provisions of section 287.0582, Florida Statutes, if the terms of this Agreement and reimbursement contemplated by this Agreement extend beyond the current fiscal year, the OAG's performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement are contingent upon an annual appropriation and spending authority by the Florida Legislature. In addition, the OAG’s performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement is contingent upon the OAG's Victims of Crime Act award, as funded through the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime formula grant program.

  • Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Employer Contributions a) The FTE used to determine the Board’s benefits contributions will be based on the average of the Board’s FTE as of October 31st and March 31st of each year.

  • Early Retirement Option The District may offer an early retirement incentive for unit members.

  • Broad Participation Retirement Fund A fund established in The Bahamas to provide retirement, disability, or death benefits, or any combination thereof, to beneficiaries that are current or former employees (or persons designated by such employees) of one or more employers in consideration for services rendered, provided that the fund:
