Checkoff and Union Rights. A. The Board agrees to deduct Union dues and service fees from the pay of any employee who authorizes such deductions in writing. Such authorization shall be continued from year to year unless revoked in writing between June 1 and June 30. The Board shall transmit all such monies withheld to the Union on a biweekly basis. The Board shall also provide to Union, with a quarterly computer payroll printout or electronic report, all necessary information relating to those employees paying dues and service fees.
