Check Pilot Selection Process. a. In the event that the Company elects to fill a vacant position within the Check Pilot ranks or to create an additional Check Pilot position, the Company will submit a list of candidates (Candidate List) to the Chairman of the Check Pilot Selection Committee (CASC) for that fleet type. The Candidate List shall be constructed using the names of active Crew Members on the Atlas Air Pilots’ Master Seniority List as of the date of the Candidate List’s construction.
