The Chat Services clause defines the terms and conditions under which chat-based communication tools are provided and used within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of the chat services, such as real-time messaging, support channels, or collaboration features, and may specify user responsibilities, acceptable use, and any limitations or restrictions on the service. This clause ensures that both parties understand how chat services are to be accessed and utilized, helping to prevent misuse and clarify expectations regarding communication through these platforms.
Chat Services. The administrator can create multiple chat services via this interface. Each chat service is given a Name, an optional Description, and an Access Name, which is used to identify this service to the remote web client. The Chat Service needs to be associated with a Chat Flow and once this has been done, the administrator can click the Web Snippet, but with opens a new window showing the code that needs to be placed in the Page Header of the relevant web page.
