The Chat Services clause defines the terms and conditions under which chat-based communication tools are provided and used within an agreement. This clause ensures that both parties understand how chat services are to be accessed and utilized, helping to prevent misuse and clarify expectations regarding communication through these platforms.

Each chat service is given a Name, an optional Description, and an Access Name, which is used to identify this service to the remote web client.
