Changing Beneficiary. Subject to Section 1.3, any Beneficiary designation may be changed by Employee without the consent of the previously named Beneficiary by the filing of a new designation with Employer. The filing of a new designation will cancel all designations previously filed.

Changing Beneficiary. Any Beneficiary designation may be changed by a Participant without the consent of the previously named Beneficiary by the filing of a new Beneficiary designation with the Committee.

  • DEATH OF BENEFICIARY Unless otherwise provided in the Beneficiary designation, if any Beneficiary dies before the Owner, that Beneficiary's interest will go to any other primary Beneficiaries named, according to their respective interests. If there are no primary Beneficiaries, the Beneficiaries' interest will pass to a contingent Beneficiary, if any. Prior to the Annuity Commencement Date, if no Beneficiary or contingent Beneficiary survives the Owner, the Death Benefits will be paid to the Owner's estate. If no Beneficiary is named or the named Beneficiary predeceases the original Beneficiary, any remaining benefits will continue to the original Beneficiary's estate. A Beneficiary designation must be made by Notice to LNY.

  • Third Party Beneficiary The Holders shall be third party beneficiaries to the agreements made hereunder between the Company and the Guarantors, on the one hand, and the Initial Purchasers, on the other hand, and shall have the right to enforce such agreements directly to the extent they may deem such enforcement necessary or advisable to protect its rights or the rights of Holders hereunder.
