Changes to underwriting standards. The Seller agrees that if, during the Revolving Period, it makes any material changes to its underwriting standards it will promptly provide the Issuer and the Security Trustee with details of such changes together with an explanation of the purpose of such changes. The Issuer will notify such changes to investors in accordance with Condition 11 (Notices) without undue delay.

  • Accounting Standards The Subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR 200 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

  • Licensing Standards The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing standards, certification standards, accrediting standards and any other laws, rules, or regulations governing services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
