Changes to Project Scope. Any changes to the project which require The startup club to (i) perform additional work exceeding the scope contemplated under this agreement, and/or (ii) extend the timeline of the project, must fi rst be agreed to in writing by both The startup club and Client (which is understood to include email communications).
