When a full-time indeterminate employee is required to attend one of the following proceedings outside a period which extends before or beyond three (3) hours his or her scheduled hours of work on a day during which he or she would be eligible for a Shift Premium, the employee may request that his or her hours of work on that day be scheduled between a.m. and such request will be granted provided there is no increase in cost to the Agency.
