If the Contractor allows resellers to participate in the Contract in accordance with Section 5, Use of Resellers/Distributors/Alternate Channel Partners, requests to add or delete resellers or to modify reseller information must be submitted for prior approval of the State. Contractor shall request additions and deletions of designated Resellers by submission of Appendix D, Contract Update Form, with additions listed in the same format as requested in Appendix E, (Submission #2). Additions to Contractor contact information, including the designation of a new Contract Administrator, shall also be submitted on a Contract Update Form. Modification of information for previously approved Resellers and Contractor information may be requested via an Email to the OGS Purchasing Officer.
