Common use of Change of Details Clause in Contracts

Change of Details. A party may change its address for service provided that the new address is within the United Kingdom and that it gives the other party not less than 5 Business Days’ prior notice in accordance with this Clause. Until the end of such notice period, service on either address shall remain effective.
