Change in Tax Identification Number. Within five (5) days after any change in the Seller’s federal tax identification number Seller must (i) notify NYSERDA of such change and (ii) provide NYSERDA with a replacement W-9 form. If Seller is a disregarded entity, the requirements of this Section shall apply to any changes to the W-9 Seller has filed with NYSERDA for payment purposes.

  • Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s).
