Change in Name, Identity or Structure. Each Grantor shall give at least 10 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (i) any change in name, (ii) any change in its jurisdiction of organization, (iii) any change in its registration as an organization (or any new such registration); and (iv) any changes in its identity or structure in any manner which Form of Security Agreement might make any financing statement filed hereunder incorrect or misleading; provided that no Grantor shall change its jurisdiction of organization to a jurisdiction outside of the United States.
