Change in Location. Notify FINOVA in writing forty-five (45) days prior to any change in the location of Borrower's chief executive office or the location of any Collateral, or Borrower's opening or closing of any other place of business;
Change in Location. If the location of a position changes by more than twenty (20) kilometers, the Employer will so notify the affected Employee, in writing, with a copy to YusApuY two (2) months prior to the change, together with the reason. YusApuY and the Employer will meet with the affected Employee within ten (10) working days of the Employee's receipt of such notice to discuss with the Employee the following available options:

Change in Location. Any requirement of the Company or successor that Employee be based anywhere more than twenty-five (25) miles from the site where the Employee is located as of the Effective Date or the time of the Change in Control event.

Change in Location. Not (a) without providing 10 days prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and without filing such amendments to any previously filed financing statements and executing any other agreements as the Collateral Agent may require, change the location of its chief executive office and chief place of business (as well as its books and records) from the locations set forth on Schedule 3.01, or (b) be party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure except as permitted by the Credit Agreement.
Change in Location. The Charter School may change the physical location of an Attendance Center, provided that the Charter School fulfills the obligations and provides the information set forth in this Section with respect to such new physical location, and provided further that (1) the Charter School notifies the Board of the proposed change in location not less than 45 days prior to taking any final action in connection therewith; and (2) the Board does not issue a denial to the Charter School within 21 days of its receipt of such notification. The Board shall issue a denial only for good cause.
Change in Location. All of the services referred to in these Service Terms will be provided by us at the Location. In the event that you intend to move any Equipment away from the Location you must notify us in writing of the proposed location of the Equipment (the Proposed Location) not less than fourteen days prior to the intended move. In the event that we may incur additional costs to provide goods or services under these Service Terms to you at the Proposed Location, we may require you to pay us additional fees, which are in addition to the Service Fee, to continue to perform our obligations under these Service Terms at the Proposed Location. In the event that you do not agree to pay those additional fees to us in full and on time, then we may at any time at our election and without repudiating our obligations under these Service Terms, terminate these Service Terms or cease providing services in respect of the Equipment that you move to the Proposed Location.
Change in Location. Vendors who change the location of their business will not be authorized at their new location unless they have applied to the Department for authorization, have met all selection and authorization criteria, and have received a Vendor Contract for the new location. Vendors shall notify the Department in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days before changing locations. This Contract is not transferable between locations. The Contract will be terminated when the Vendor changes location.
