Common use of Cessation of services Clause in Contracts

Cessation of services. Upon termination of this Contract by notice to pursuant to Clauses 10 hereof, the Consultants shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum.

Cessation of services. Upon termination of this Contract by notice of either Party to the other pursuant to Clauses 10 2.9.1 or 2.9.2 hereof, the Consultants Consultant shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum. With respect to documents prepared by the Consultant and equipment and materials furnished by the Client, the Consultant shall proceed as provided, respectively, by Clause 3.9 hereof.

Cessation of services. Upon termination of this Contract Agreement by notice by the Consultant to the Client pursuant to Clauses 10 hereofClause 2.6.2, the Consultants Consultant shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt delivery of such notice, or pursuant to the completion of the Term in Clause 2.2 take all necessary steps to bring those aspects of the Services which the Consultant has performed to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum.

Upon termination of this Contract by notice of either Party to the other pursuant to Clauses 10 2.8.1and 2.8.2 hereof, the Consultants shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum. With respect to documents prepared by the Consultants and equipment and materials furnished by the Client, the Consultants shall proceed as provided, respectively, by Clauses 3.9 or 3.10 hereof.

Upon termination of this Contract by notice to pursuant to Clauses 10 Clause 16 hereof, the Consultants shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum.

Upon termination of this Contract by notice of either Party to the other pursuant to Clauses 10 relevant clauses hereof, the Consultants Consultant shall, immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures for this purpose to a minimum. With respect to documents prepared by the Consultant and equipment and materials furnished by the Client, the Consultant shall handover all project documents under procedure described in this contract.

Upon termination of this Contract contract by notice to pursuant to Clauses 10 clauses 2.9.1 & 2.9.2 of conditions of contract hereof, the Consultants shall, Consultant shall immediately upon dispatch or receipt of such notice, take all necessary steps to bring the Services services to a close in a prompt and orderly manner and shall make every reasonable effort to keep expenditures expenditure for this purpose to a minimum.
