Certificates; Reports; Other Financial Information. (a) Furnish Lender no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year of Borrowers (beginning with the first fiscal year after the Closing Date), Borrowers' month-by-month projected operating budget and cash flows on a consolidated and consolidating basis for the following fiscal year (including for each month an income statement, a cash flow statement, and a balance sheet and Availability projection).

  • Budgets, Forecasts, Other Reports and Information Promptly upon their becoming available to the Borrower:
