Responsible Representative definition

Responsible Representative means the Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or Vice President of the Borrower, or any other officer of the Borrower duly authorized by the Borrowers board of directors.
Responsible Representative means the individual(s), named by the applicant/recipient organization, who is authorized to act on behalf of the applicant/recipient and to assume responsibility for the obligations imposed by federal laws, regulations, requirements, and conditions that apply to CMS grant awards.
Responsible Representative means an officer (if a corporation), general partner (if a partnership or a limited partnership), managing member (if a limited liability company) or qualifying person associated with the Owner, contractor and/or subcontractor. A qualifying person is defined in Section 7068 of the California Business and Professions Code.
