Certificates of Authorized Persons. Secured Party and Pledgor agree to furnish to Securities Intermediary and Pledge Collateral Agent a new Certificate of Authorized Persons in the event of any change in the then present Authorized Persons. Until such new Certificate is received, Securities Intermediary and Pledge Collateral Agent shall be fully protected in acting upon Written Instructions of such present Authorized Persons.

Each Fund agrees to furnish to the Bank a new certificate of Authorized Persons in the event that any present Authorized Person of such Fund ceases to be an Authorized Person or in the event that any other Authorized Persons are appointed and authorized.
