Specimen Signatures. Set forth in Exhibit 5 hereto is a list of the names and specimen signatures of the persons authorized to act for the Company under this Agreement. The Secretary of the Company shall, from time to time, certify to Continental the names and signatures of any other persons authorized to act for the Company, as the case may be, under this Agreement.
Specimen Signatures copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;
Specimen Signatures. All instructions issued by the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Share Escrow Agent shall be valid instructions if signed by one representative of each of the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Share Escrow Agent, as the case maybe, the name and specimen signatures of whom are annexed hereto as Schedule H.
Specimen Signatures. Set forth in Exhibit C hereto is a list of the names, titles and specimen signatures of the Authorized Representatives authorized to act for the Offeror under this Agreement. The Offeror may, from time to time, certify to Agent the names, titles and signatures of any other persons authorized to act for the Offeror under this Agreement.
Specimen Signatures. EBRD shall have received an original certificate of incumbency and authority of the Borrower and other parties to the Financing Agreements substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
Specimen Signatures. The Adviser will forward from time to time to the Client and the Custodian for the Investment Account, a list of names and specimen signatures of persons authorized to act on behalf of the Adviser. The Client will forward to the Adviser a list of names and specimen signatures of persons authorized to act on behalf of the Client and shall cause the Custodian of its Investment Account to forward a like list and specimen signatures to the Adviser.

Specimen Signatures. From time to time, Client shall provide Manager with a certificate setting forth the names and specimen signatures of the Representatives who are authorized to act on behalf of Client (including, but not limited to, the Investment Committee). From time to time, Manager will provide Client with a certificate setting forth the names and specimen signatures of the Representatives who are authorized to act on behalf of Manager. The parties hereto shall be fully protected in relying upon any written notice, instruction, direction or other communication (based upon the most recent certificate that has been received by the party) which is reasonably believed to have been executed by an individual who is authorized to act on behalf of the other party.
Specimen Signatures. The Trustee may (but need not) require each Noteholder to submit specimen signatures (and in the case of a corporation may require those signatures to be authenticated by the secretary or director of such Noteholder) of persons authorised to execute Note Transfers on behalf of such Noteholder and shall be entitled to assume (until notified to the contrary) that such authority has not been revoked.
