Common use of Certificate of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Insurance. Upon District request, Contractor shall furnish to District a current certificate of insurance for each of the above coverages within 48 hours of District request. Each certificate must state the relevant deductible or retention level. For general liability coverage, the certificate must state that District, its agents, officers, and employees are additional insureds with respect to Contractor’s services provided under this Contract.
