Prior to the execution of this Agreement and prior to each insurance policy expiration date during the term of this Agreement, Attaching Utility will furnish Owner Utility with a Certificate of Insurance and, upon request, certified copies of the required insurance policies. The Certificate shall reference this Agreement and worker’s compensation and property insurance waivers of subrogation required by this Agreement. Owner Utility shall be given thirty (30) calendar days advance notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of insurance during the term of this Agreement.
