Cause Conditions to be Satisfied. The Purchaser will use its best efforts to cause all of the conditions described in Sections 8 of this Agreement to be satisfied (to the extent such matters reasonably are within its control).
Cause Conditions to be Satisfied. The Company and the Stockholder will use their best efforts to cause all of the conditions described in Sections 7 and 8 of this Agreement to be satisfied (to the extent such matters reasonably are within their control).

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and to applicable Laws, each of the Company, Buyer and Merger Sub shall cooperate and use their commercially reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all necessary action, and do, or cause to be done, and assist and cooperate with the other parties in doing, all things necessary, proper or advisable to consummate and make effective, in the most expeditious manner, the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby, including the satisfaction of the respective conditions set forth in Article VI.
