Common use of Catering Clause in Contracts

Catering. Meals for PRIVATE FUNCTIONS (i.e., by invitation only & NOT open to the public) are allowed to be brought in from a private kitchen (i.e., your house). Meals for PUBLIC FUNCTIONS (i.e., recitals, fundraisers, dances open to anybody) must be brought in by an approved caterer on the Townships “Approved Caterers List”.
