Common use of Categorical Clause in Contracts

Categorical. Notwithstanding any other term, clause or provision of this Agreement, assignments and employment conditions of faculty employees within categorically- funded programs shall be solely determined by the provisions of the granting/funding agency contracts, except, such categorically-funded faculty employees shall be assigned to the existing division structure applicable.
