Casual Availability Bonus. (a) Where the Employer determines that there is a need to provide a casual availability bonus (CAB) for a specific unit, area or program, the Employer will determine the number of casual employees that are required to be on the CAB list for the specific unit, area or program. Such casuals will be eligible for a CAB where the following requirements are met:
