CAREER TRAINING. A. Drivers are required to successfully complete ten (10) hours of training per year. B. Up to three (3) hours of the required ten (10) hours of training may be fulfilled at the regular rate of pay by verified completion of pre-approved training at seminars, courses or training programs other than those scheduled by the District.
