Care Day Clause Samples
Care Day. An Employee may request to use one (1) day per school year to care for an immediate family member who is ill. For purposes of the Article, immediate family will be partner, child or parent. (See also Letter #9 for Care Day )
Care Day. When an Employee is the only member of his/her family available to care for the needs of his/her immediate family due to a sudden illness or accident. For purposes of this Article, immediate family will be partner, child or parent.
