Car Usage. a. No employee shall use a private vehicle in the pursuit of official business without the specific authorization of the Agency. Such authorization may provide general approval to use the employee’s private vehicle when responding to emergent situations (not requiring transporting the youth) on off-duty hours and where use of the employee’s vehicle is more efficient and cost effective than use of the State’s vehicle.
