CAPACITY OF BOAT. The requirement is two numbers of 25 seater boat and one number of 40 seater boat. It should have sufficient space for accommodating the passengers along with their luggage. The boat shall have sufficient space, load capacity, speed and stability to serve its intended purpose. The entry and exit of the boat should be designed suitably to allow smooth and safe boarding and de-boarding of the tourists. The design of the boat shall be carried out with the concurrence of the client. Boats should be fitted with required air conditioning system as per ASHRAE specification/Guidelines. The fleet of 3 number of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) boats will shuttle between the various tourist locations in Xxxxxx Vihar and Tronica City.

  • Continuity of Supply A Service Order will continue until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. A change to a Service Order will not initiate a new Service Order, or cause the existing Service Order to terminate, unless expressly agreed in writing. In particular, a change to a Service Order that is implemented by the LFC electronically and does not require a physical visit to a site or Interconnection Point will not cause the Service Order to terminate.

  • Liability of Portfolio Supervisor The Portfolio Supervisor shall be under no liability to the Unit holders for any action taken or for refraining from the taking of any action in good faith pursuant to this Indenture or for errors in judgment, but shall be liable only for its own willful misfeasance, bad faith or gross negligence in the performance of its duties or by reason of its reckless disregard of its obligations and duties hereunder."

  • Responsibility of Each Party 5.22.1 Each Party is an independent contractor, and has and hereby retains the right to exercise full control of and supervision over its own performance of its obligations under this Agreement and retains full control over the employment, direction, compensation and discharge of all employees assisting in the performance of such obligations. Each Party will be solely responsible for all matters relating to payment of such employees, including compliance with social security taxes, withholding taxes and all other regulations governing such matters.   • RESPONSIBILITY OF PFPC TRUST (a) PFPC Trust shall be under no duty to take any action hereunder on behalf of the Fund or any Portfolio except as specifically set forth herein or as may be specifically agreed to by PFPC Trust and the Fund in a written amendment hereto. PFPC Trust shall be obligated to exercise care and diligence in the performance of its duties hereunder and to act in good faith in performing services provided for under this Agreement.
