– Cancellation of Your SoulLife Business. If a SoulLife Independent Consultant’s SoulLife business is cancelled for any reason, he or she must discontinue using the SoulLife name, and all of SoulLife’s trademarks, trade names, service marks and other intellectual property, and all derivatives of such marks and intellectual property, in any postings and all external websites that he or she utilizes. If a SoulLife Independent Consultant’s posts on any social media site on which they have previously identified themselves as a SoulLife Independent Consultant representative, they must conspicuously disclose that they are no longer an Independent SoulLife Independent Consultant, and make every attempt to permanently delete their post(s).
