Consultant Representative. The following principal of Consultant is hereby designated as being the Consultant Representative authorized to act on Consultant’s behalf regarding the Services specified herein and make all decisions in connection therewith: Name Title ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chief Executive Officer It is expressly understood that the experience, knowledge, capability and reputation of the foregoing Consultant Representative were a substantial inducement for City to enter into this Agreement. It shall be Consultant’s responsibility to assure that the Contract Officer is kept informed of the progress of the performance of the Services, and Consultant shall refer any decisions which must be made by City to the Contract Officer.
Consultant Representative. CONSULTANT shall inform the CITY Representative, in writing, of the representative of the CONSULTANT to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement shall be addressed.
Consultant Representative. All matters under this Agreement shall be handled for Consultant by «Consultant_Contact» (“Consultant’s Representative”). The Consultant’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of Consultant for all purposes under this Agreement. The Consultant’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using his best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

District has the right to review and approve any representative proposed by Consultant, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Consultant shall not appoint a representative to whom District has reasonably and timely objected. Consultant shall not substitute representatives without District’s review and approval. Consultant acknowledges that this Contract was awarded in part on the basis of the unique background and abilities of the key personnel and subconsultants identified by Consultant.
