Common use of Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. The Allottee shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; Provided that where the allottee proposes to cancel/withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoter, the promoter herein is entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreement. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other charges.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. The Allottee shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; Provided that where the allottee proposes to cancel/withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoter, the promoter herein is entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreementallotment. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. (s) – The Allottee Allottee(s) shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his his/her/their allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; : Provided that where the allottee Allottee(s) proposes to cancel/cancel/ withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoterVendors/Developer, the promoter Vendors/Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreementallotment. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee Allottee(s) shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee Vendors/Developer within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. The Allottee shall have the right to cancelcancel/ withdraw his/withdraw his her/its allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; : Provided that where the allottee Allottee proposes to cancel/withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoter, the promoter herein is shall be entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreementallotment together with deduction of such other tax/levy as may be applicable at the time of such withdrawal by the Allottee. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee Allottee shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee Allottee, without interest, within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. The Allottee shall have the right to cancelcancel/ withdraw his/withdraw his her/its allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; : Provided that where the allottee proposes to cancel/withdraw from the project Project without any fault of the promoterPromoter, the promoter Promoter herein is shall be entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount Booking Amount paid for the agreementallotment. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee Allottee shall be returned (without any interest thereon) by the promoter Promoter to the allottee Allottee within 45 (forty-five) days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. (s)- Cancellation by Allottees- The Allottee Allottees shall have the right to cancel/cancel/ withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; : Provided that where the allottee proposes to cancel/withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoter, the promoter herein is entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreementallotment. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

The balance amount of money paid by the allottee Allottee shall be returned by the promoter Owner to the allottee Allottee within 45 (forty-five) days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx. (s) – The Allottee Allottee(s) shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act; : Provided that where the allottee Allottee(s) proposes to cancel/cancel/ withdraw from the project without any fault of the promoterVendors/Developer, the promoter Vendors/Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking agreement amount paid for the agreementallotment. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee Allottee(s) shall be returned by the promoter to the allottee Vendor/Developer within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. The balance amount of money paid by the allottee allottee(s) shall be returned by the promoter Vendor to the allottee allottee(s) within 45 days of such cancellation after deducting the Govt. Taxes & other chargescancellation.
