Cancellation and Re-application Clause Samples

The "Cancellation and Re-application" clause outlines the process by which a party may cancel a current application or agreement and subsequently submit a new application. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which cancellation is permitted, any notice requirements, and whether fees are refundable or must be paid again upon re-application. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for parties wishing to withdraw from an existing arrangement and re-engage under new or revised terms, thereby ensuring procedural clarity and minimizing disputes over the process.
