Campus Safety Group i. For Campus Safety Specialists the primary evaluator shall be the Campus Safety Director. A contributing evaluator may be a building administrator.

Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.
Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.
