Campgrounds failure to insist on strict compliance with the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power at any one time or times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of the right or power for all or any other times.
Campgrounds. A special use permit may include provisions for campground areas that are designed for use by tents, recreational vehicles, or other camping structures. These areas are not located in any sections designed for manufactured housing units. A special use permit designates areas for tent camping and recreational vehicles. Areas set aside for tent camping and recreational vehicles are exempt from open space requirements.

Campgrounds. (1) It is unlawful for any person to occupy space in a campground for longer than seven (7) consecutive days. A person shall be deemed to have occupied space within the campground for one (1) full day if he or she has occupied space in the campground for any part of a day. However, for a break in the consecutive occupation of space to occur for purposes of this Paragraph, a person must have removed himself or herself and his or her tent, trailer or other shelter or accommodations from the campground for one (1) full day. (2) All campgrounds shall be divided into spaces which shall be appropriately marked and readily apparent. All vehicles, travel trailers and tents shall be placed or parked in such spaces and in no other place in the campground. (3) It is unlawful for any person to litter within any public campground. It is unlawful for any person to build or maintain any fires on any campground except in places specifically provided therefor. (Ord. 789-08 §1)

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).
