Common use of Call-out Procedures Clause in Contracts

Call-out Procedures. With the exception of the overtime call-out conditions as stated in 7.15 if an employee is notified to report for work and does so, the employee shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours unless the employee actually commences work in which case the minimum time paid shall be four (4) hours. The rate of pay shall be the rate of pay applicable on that day or part day. For Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays if an employee is notified to report for work and does so, the employee shall receive four (4) hours pay at the rate applicable.
