Common use of Call-In Clause in Contracts

Call-In. When an employee is called in to work and reports to work outside of her or his regularly scheduled hours, she or he shall be compensated at time and one-half (1- 1/2) her or his hourly rate, for all hours worked with a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at straight time.

Call-In.
