Call-In, Extra Hours. (i) The Employer will maintain an up-to-date seniority list by job classification for the purposes of calling employees for extra hours. Therefore, in the event of call-in, qualified Part-time Leisure Facility employees shall be called in first in order of their seniority provided their daily straight time hours do not exceed eight (8) or their weekly straight time hours do not exceed forty (40) hours. Then, qualified Leisure Facility casual employees shall be called in. (ii) In the event the above call-in procedures have been followed and the maximum daily straight time hours or the maximum weekly straight time hours have been reached by those employees who are called in, the overtime provisions of Article 14 shall apply. The provisions of Article 14.06 do not apply in regard to the call-in of Leisure Facility employees.
