Call-Back While On. The payment in (a) above shall cease during the time employee is called back to work while on scheduled stand-by and the employee be paid at the applicable overtime rate or four (4) hours straight time pay, whichever is greater. When called back on stand-by, an employee shall be paid a transportation allowance in accordance with Article for the use of their automobile up to a of kilometers for each round trip or the Employer will reimburse the employee for taxi fare within the City limits.
