Common use of Call Back Allowance Clause in Contracts

Call Back Allowance. An Employee who has left the Company after the completion of their regular shift and is called back to work shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their straight-time hourly rate. It is understood that this provision shall not apply in the case of an Employee who required to work within a period prior to the commencement of their regular shift, but they shall be appropriately compensated.
