Call and SMS Data. Service Professional agrees to Purify Pros's use of a service provider to mask the Service Professional's phone number when the Service Professional calls or exchanges text (SMS) messages with the Service Requestor. To facilitate this process, Purify Pros and its service provider will receive in real time and store call data, including the date and time of the call or text (SMS) message, the parties' phone numbers, and the content of the text (SMS) messages. Service Professional consents to the masking process described above and to Purify Pros's use and disclosure of this call data for its legitimate business purposes. Service Professional also consents to Purify Pros's sending text (SMS) messages directly to the Service Professional as described in the Terms of Use.

Call and SMS Data. Service Provider agrees to Deeds be Done’s use of a service provider to mask the Service Provider’s phone number when the Service Provider calls or exchanges text (SMS) messages with the Client. To facilitate this process, Deeds be Done and its service provider will receive in real time and store call data, including the date and time of the call or text (SMS) message, the parties' phone numbers, and the content of the text (SMS) messages. Service Provider consents to the masking process described above and to Deeds be Done’s use and disclosure of this call data for its legitimate business purposes. Service Provider also consents to Deeds be Done’s sending text (SMS) messages directly to the Service Provider as described in the Terms of Use.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services.   • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.
