Calculating the Amount of Deposit/Assurance of Payment. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to QuantumShift (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using QuantumShift’s forecast of resale lines and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If QuantumShift does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, QuantumShift shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.
Calculating the Amount of Deposit/Assurance of Payment. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyTel’s estimated two-month charges to Sprint (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using Sprint’s forecast of interconnection facilities and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyTel, or (2) $5,000. If Sprint does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, Sprint shall provide, upon CenturyTel’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.
Calculating the Amount of Deposit/Assurance of Payment. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to BullsEye (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using BullsEye’s forecast of resale lines and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If BullsEye does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, BullsEye shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to MetTel (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using MetTel’s forecast of resale lines and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If MetTel does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, MetTel shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.
Calculating the Amount of Deposit/Assurance of Payment. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, a deposit required under Section 6.1 will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyTel’s anticipated two (2)-month charges to Charter (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) as reasonably determined by CenturyTel, for interconnection facilities and any other facilities or services to be furnished by CenturyTel under this Agreement, or (2) $5,000.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to BendTel (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using BendTel’s forecast of interconnection facilities and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If BendTel does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, BendTel shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to Pine Belt (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using Pine Belt’s forecast of interconnection facilities and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If Pine Belt does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, Pine Belt shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyTel’s estimated two-month charges to **CLEC (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using **CLEC’s forecast of resale lines, unbundled facilities, interconnection facilities, collocation and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyTel, or (2) $5,000. If **CLEC does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, **CLEC shall provide, upon CenturyTel’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such deposit will be calculated based on the greater of (1) CenturyLink’s estimated two-month charges to ELTOPIA (including, but not limited to, both recurring and non-recurring charges) using ELTOPIA’s forecast of interconnection facilities and any other facilities or services to be ordered from CenturyLink, or (2) $5,000. If ELTOPIA does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, ELTOPIA shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.

If MCC does not provide a forecast of its facility or service demand under this Agreement, MCC shall provide, upon CenturyLink’s request, a deposit or assurance of payment of charges in an amount of $5000.
