Busing. When used, the vehicle shall be appropriate for the intended use. Provisions will be made for emergency returns to the parking area. Jobsite trailers shall be kept as close as possible to the work area. If the job site trailer is an unreasonable distance from the work area, the Union and Employer shall meet to mutually agree whether to allow the employees five (5) minutes at the beginning of the day to get to their work area. On jobsites where parking is restricted or prohibited, and off-site transportation is provided by the Employer, and when the job for various reasons, including weather, is unable to start at the regular starting time, the Employer or a designated representative (xxxxxxx) must make a decision to work, or not, within one (1) hour of the regularly scheduled start time. When a decision to not work is rendered, the employees will be returned to the parking area and their respective vehicles immediately.
Busing. Because each year, districts can change their policies on busing, we provide forms for busing and mail them directly to the district garages for all students who register on March 5th. You must notify your district’s garage that you will be attending Xxxxx to ensure that you secure busing to Xxxxx for the upcoming school year. Even if you are not sure that you will attend Xxxxx, please call the bus garage regardless. You can change that if you decide not to attend Xxxxx.
Busing. It is agreed upon by both associations that busing of the players for practices is necessary for the paring agreement to work. PLYHA owns two School Buses, which will be used for the transportation. CIA agrees to pay PLYHA a sum of $2000.00 to help cover the cost of insurance. PLYHA and CIA agree to split the costs of all fuel, Driver’s wages, and repairs to the buses. An invoice will be submitted to CIA as needed with receipts of all expenditures.   • Developing Educator Plan shall mean a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator for one school year or less for an Educator without Professional Teacher Status (PTS); or, at the discretion of an Evaluator, for an Educator with PTS in a new assignment.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. For marketing efforts directed to TIPS Members, Vendor must request and execute a separate Joint Marketing Disclaimer, at xxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx, before TIPS can release contact information for TIPS Member entities for the purpose of marketing your TIPS contract(s). Vendor must adhere to strict Marketing Requirements once a disclaimer is executed. The Joint Marketing Disclaimer is a supplemental agreement specific to joint marketing efforts and has no effect on the terms of the TIPS Vendor Agreement. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

  • Other Activities Your services pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be exclusive, and you may render similar services and act as an underwriter, distributor or dealer for other investment companies in the offering of their shares.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
