Common use of Business Opportunities Clause in Contracts

Business Opportunities. Executive agrees, while he is employed by the Company, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive in the Company’s general industry and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.

Business Opportunities. Executive agrees, while he is employed by the Company, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive in the Company’s 's general industry and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.

The Executive agrees, while he is employed by the CompanyCorporation, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company Corporation and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive he may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive him in the Company’s general industry Corporation's Field of Interest, and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the CompanyCorporation.

The Executive agrees, while he is employed by during the CompanyEmployment Term, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive he may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive him in the Company’s general industry Field of Interest, and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.

As long as the Executive agrees, while he is employed by the Company, the Executive agrees, on behalf of himself and his affiliates, to offer or otherwise make known or available all corporate opportunities for any activities directly related to it, as directed by the Board of Directors business of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available initiated after the Effective Date to Executive in the Company’s general industry and further agrees that any Company prior to undertaking such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property corporate opportunity outside of the Company.

The Executive agrees, while he she is employed by the Company, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive she may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive her in any field in which the Company’s general industry Company or its affiliates are engaged or propose to be engaged, and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.

Executive agrees, while he is employed by the Company, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company and without additional specific compensation or considerationconsideration therefor, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive in the Company’s general industry areas of focus of the Business as described in Section 8 and logical business outgrowths arising from such areas, and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.
